Data privacy regading usage of Google +1 (Google Plus)

Tracking and forwarding of information:
Using the Google +1 buttons enables you to publish information on a global scale. By using the Google +1 buttons you and other users will receive personalized content from Google and/or its partners. Google will store both the information that you have “+1”-ed a specific content as well as information about the website where the click did originate. Your +1 activities are subject to appear on other sites of Google (like search results or your Google profile page) along with your user name and picture but also on different websites in the internet. Google tracks and stores information about your +1 activities in order to improve its services for you and others. In order to be able to use a Google +1 button, you are required to have created a globally publically visible Google account which contains at least a name. This name will be used by all Google services. In some cases, this name may replace a different name which you chose for sharing information via your Google account. The identity of your Google profile can be shown users which know your email address or other personally identifiable information of you.

Usage of tracked information:
In addition to the above types of data usage, Google will use the respective information according to its terms of use and policies (which you have explicitly agreed to when creating your Google account or implicitly by usage of its services). Google may disclose/publish accumulated statistical data about the +1 activities of its users as well as forwarding these to other users and its partners, for instance publishers, advertisers or affiliated or linked websites. Please note that I have no knowledge of the information transmitted to Google nor how it is processed by Google.
